Three things that matter when
the animals can't reschedule.

Intake doesn't stop. RSVP brings the people and continuity this work demands.

01

Coverage that holds when it has to.

Most relief failures are exception-handling failures. A provider cancels and the platform sends a notification. RSVP runs the phones. We have backup processes built for the moments when “we will find someone” is the only acceptable answer.

02

Providers who understand the work.

Shelter medicine is its own discipline. HQHVSN veterinarians, shelter medicine veterinarians, and Veterinarian of Record placements each require a different background. Our managers match assignments to providers who have done the specific work, not to whoever happens to be available.

03

A real point of contact.

Every engagement is run by a named Area Staffing Manager. They know your facility, your protocols, and the people on your team. That continuity is what makes a multi-month engagement feel like a partnership rather than a series of one-off bookings.

Expertise aligned around
what you need to achieve.

RSVP works with facility management to define needs and oversee delivery.

Clinical providers and operational
support, under one roof.

RSVP coordinates licensed providers and support staff through one point of contact.

Licensed veterinarians for shelter medicine.

HQHVSN veterinarians

High-quality, high-volume spay and neuter veterinarians experienced in efficient, protocol-driven surgical workflows.

Shelter medicine veterinarians

Providers with shelter experience covering intake exams, infectious disease management, veterinary checks, treatments, and the daily medical work of a high-volume shelter facility.

Veterinarian of Record (VOR)

Licensed VOR placements for facilities that need a veterinarian on record to meet state and federal regulatory requirements.

Staff and coverage to keep operations moving.

Veterinary technicians (W-2)

Credentialed and experienced technicians employed directly by RSVP can work as needed, short-term or long-term, in your facility. Real benefits, real payroll, real accountability.

Government RFP, vendor accounts & custom contracts

RSVP has experience with government bidding, RFPs, procurement processes, and vendor requirements of all types. We work through the steps needed for award, vendor setup, contracting, and initiation of services for your facility.

Community clinic support

Staffing for nonprofit community clinics, low-cost wellness programs, and outreach events serving underserved populations. RSVP can also provide surge capacity for community vaccine events, coordinating both provider-level and technician-level staffing.

Short-term or ongoing coverage

Single-event shift support, multi-week projects, or all-inclusive multi-year contracts for shelter clinic staffing, Veterinarian of Record services, and off-site services are all possible with RSVP.

Surge staffing for community vaccine events, with providers and techs coordinated together.

Mission-driven facilities and
institutional buyers, both supported.

Different buying processes, with the same expectation: people who show up and work to standard.

Built around your mission, not your budget cycle.

Municipal shelters, county animal services, humane societies, rescue organizations, and non-profit community clinics. Engagements can be short-term, project-based, recurring, or ongoing, with service agreements built around the work.

Procurement-ready when you need it.

Standard service agreements for direct engagements, and full RFP and vendor setup support for institutional procurements. Capability statements are available on request.

No upfront commitment required

You are not asked to commit to volume or duration before you have seen the work. Engagements scale up only when both sides see the fit.

Scalable support

Start with a single event or shift, then move to recurring weekly coverage or multi-month placements when the operation calls for it.

Customized to your workflow

Your protocols, your intake process, your software. Our providers and techs adapt to how you operate, not the other way around.

Coordinated provider and tech staffing

One point of contact for both clinical providers and operational support. The matching, the scheduling, and the exception handling all live with the same person.

A real process,
not a sales funnel.

Mission-driven and institutional buyers don't need a quote in 24 hours. They need a clear picture of fit, capability, and timeline.

01

Initial conversation

Reach out by email or phone. A senior RSVP contact reviews your request and schedules a call to understand scope, timeline, and procurement context.

02

Capability review

RSVP shares a capability statement, geographic and clinical scope, references where appropriate, and an honest assessment of fit.

03

Agreement or RFP response

For shelters and non-profits, this is a vendor agreement. For government contracts, this is the RFP response with required compliance materials.

04

Engagement and continuity

Once active, you have a named RSVP point of contact who manages the relationship, the placements, and the exception handling.

What buyers ask
before they engage.

A vendor agreement is the standard service contract used for direct engagements with shelters, rescues, and non-profits. It is short, simple, and does not require a competitive bidding process. An RFP award is what happens when an institutional buyer (county, state, federal facility) issues a formal Request for Proposal and selects a vendor through their procurement process. RSVP supports both engagement paths, and we can clarify which one fits your organization on the first call.

Yes. RSVP places licensed VORs for facilities that need a veterinarian of record to meet state, federal, or other regulatory requirements, and to allow ordering of prescription and controlled medications. The arrangement is structured to fit your operation, with the VOR engaged at whatever level of involvement your regulatory framework requires.

Yes. Surge capacity is one of the things RSVP is built for. We have filled multi-provider single-day events for shelter partners and large-scale community vaccine clinics. Scale depends on geography, lead time, and the credential mix needed. The honest answer: we can scale meaningfully with adequate notice, and we will tell you what is realistic for your timeline rather than promise capacity we cannot deliver.

Availability varies by market, scope, provider type, and timing. Contact RSVP with your facility’s needs and our managers will assess the right staffing, contract, or project approach for your location.

RSVP veterinary technicians are employed by RSVP, which is a vendor for your organization. RSVP handles payroll, employment taxes, workers’ compensation, and benefits administration. Your facility is paying for the work, not for the burden of employment. That is a meaningful structural difference from app-based gig staffing platforms.

Yes. References are available on request once initial scoping confirms mutual interest, or as part of the RFP bid process. We do not publish client lists or reference contacts on the public site, both for privacy reasons and because the references that are most relevant depend on the specifics of your engagement. Let your RSVP contact know what is needed during the initial conversation.

For shelter and non-profit engagements with standard service agreements, the timeline from first contact to first placement typically runs a week or two, but could be as fast as same day or next day. For government RFPs, the timeline is governed by the procurement process itself, and RSVP responds within whatever framework the contracting party sets.

RSVP bills institutional clients on standard payment terms (typically Net 30) with consolidated invoicing tied to shifts. For government contracts, RSVP billing follows the contract terms, including any required electronic invoicing or federal vendor payment systems. Specific payment requirements are confirmed during the agreement phase, not surfaced as surprises later.

No form will tell you
what you need to know.

Shelter and government engagements are not transactional. The first call is a real conversation about scope, capability, and fit, not a sales pitch.
