Personal manager support

The support of a job.
The freedom of relief.

Keep flexibility without giving up the support of real employment.

01

You're a W-2 employee of RSVP.

Not a contractor, not a gig worker. Employment taxes are withheld and paid, payroll is handled, and you get one W-2 at the end of the year no matter how many clinics you worked in.

02

Paid time off that follows you.

You accrue paid time off as you work, and it stays with you across every clinic you’re placed in, not with the hospital you happen to be in this week.

03

You're covered while you're on the floor.

Workers’ compensation is paid by RSVP and liability coverage comes with employment. If something happens on shift, you’re not the one figuring out who’s responsible.

04

Paid every other Friday.

Payroll runs bi-weekly, every other Friday, at premium relief rates. Certain positions also qualify for additional benefits like holiday pay, and your Area Staffing Manager will tell you exactly which ones before you commit.

Techs don't leave because the work is hard.

They leave because nobody had their back.

Range you can't build
in one clinic.

Build range across teams, equipment, and ways of working.

01

See how other clinics work.

Different equipment, different protocols, different teams. Relief work builds range faster than any one hospital can, and it makes you harder to replace.

02

Leave the clinic politics behind.

You show up, do excellent medicine, and go home. The schedule drama and the break-room tension aren’t yours to carry.

03

A path to something steadier.

RSVP is building toward more full-time roles on committed contracts, like city shelter work, with a smaller relief pool reserved for emergency coverage. If you want a set schedule rather than shift-to-shift, tell your Area Staffing Manager.

Opportunities bring them in.
Support keeps them here.

“The pay is better than anywhere I've worked staff, and my PTO actually follows me instead of resetting every time I change hospitals.”

“Working different hospitals made me a better tech. I've seen more in two years of relief than I did in five at one clinic.”

“My Area Staffing Manager knows my name and my limits. When I said no more overnights, that was the end of it.”

What techs ask
before they start.

Credentialed veterinary technicians (CVT, RVT, LVT), veterinary assistants, and experienced support staff with a minimum of two years of clinic experience. Credentialing rules vary by state, so RSVP matches you to your state’s requirements, and every hire includes a background check, drug screen, and a personal interview.

By RSVP. Support staff are W-2 employees of RSVP, which is how paid time off, payroll, employment taxes, workers’ comp, and liability coverage stay with you across every clinic you work in.

Bi-weekly, every other Friday, by direct deposit. Relief rates run above typical staff hourly pay for the same work.

There’s no fixed minimum to be in the program. Some benefits, like holiday pay, are tied to full-time positions, and your Area Staffing Manager will tell you exactly where those thresholds are before you commit to anything.

Support staff availability varies by market. Contact RSVP to find out what services are currently available in your state.

Tell us what you want
your week to look like.

Share your credentials, location, and availability. An Area Staffing Manager will follow up about opportunities near you.
